When I was a child we used to camp for weeks on end. My hippy parents never bothered to put shoes on us. Gravel and rough terrain didn’t bother me because I was used to trekking over them every day. Now though, I spend much more of my time with correct footwear. We never forget how to get over difficult pathways, but our minds can play a trick on us that makes us doubt our ability. Today, trust in your wisdom to carry you through with a light footed grace.
