Just because we are going through the motions doesn’t mean we are actually getting the results that we want. There is an often quoted saying: “Insanity is doing the same thing every day and expecting a different result” I think that oftentimes, it’s simply that we don’t actually know the result that we want, so we don’t know how to change our behaviour! Today is a time for reflection and refocus. Challenge that which makes you unhappy and try something new. You won’t regret it.
