If crying over spilled milk is unnecessary, how about spilled beans? Hearing something when we are ready to listen is much better than being given advice we had not asked for. It is always better to be in a place of security in order to hear criticism as constructive, rather than combative. Today, do not take things too personally if you are getting messages which feel primed for conflict. If in doubt, wait until you are ready to respond, rather than react.
