How much effort must you put in today? What consequences will you face if you don’t meet high expectations? Whose anger will you provoke? Are you being asked to give more than what’s realistically possible for you? Or is it just your imagination that others are closely scrutinising you? Don’t push yourself beyond your limits and remember, someone might be just as willing to help you as they are to criticise you, if you put down the wall and allow in some help.
