If we were all to fit in, how would we ever make change? If we slipped neatly into the cog we would just become part of the wheel, and what fun would that be? Just because we don’t gel though, doesn’t mean we have to chafe against the grain. Differences have been gliding alongside each other for millenia, in fact it is the differences that have propelled humanity forwards, it may feel extra challenging, but progress is being made.
