Some moments of being relied upon are enjoyable. You thrive under a certain amount of responsibility. Too much though, and your shoulders feel burdened by the weight which seems to only increase. If you say yes to something you want to decline, the heft of obligation feels much larger. Save yourself the muscle and be brave enough to say no if you need to.
